Chance Exists Everywhere

Generally speaking, opportunity is only available to the people who have been prepared and been seeking for a while. Some people choose to make every effort to figure out the way to land a chance; however some people go the opposite way keeping complaining until they lose everything. Take English learning as the example, some people always complain that lack of opportunity to practice English has becoming their obstacle to improve their language skills. This complaining has accompanied them all the way from their own country to the English spoken country. They tend to isolate themselves at home and derived themselves of the chance to interact with people speaking English with them. It is not uncommon that some immigrants who have lived this English spoken country for 30 years could not speak much English. Possibly, there could be many factors and work pressure to keep them away from practice English consistently. However, the fact could be that they have lived in the passive way for many years. No one is able to stop them from improving their English but themselves.
